SONNET (PARTIAL)

¹⁷ A man who is kind benefits himself
¹⁸ One who sows righteousness gets sure rewards
   The best of men is gracious to himself
   And gathers the reaping the Lord affords
¹⁹ He who is steadfast in righteousness lives
²⁰ Those of blameless ways are the Lord's delight
   The Lord loves to bless the man who forgives
   The righteous man is favored in his sight
²¹ Those who are righteous will be delivered
   An evil man will not go unpunished
