The origins of the title "Gloop" are obscure even to me. I recall creating a minicomic with that title (one of the many that failed to spark any interest from others) sometime in 1994. Shortly after that, I started using it as an umbrella title for any newspaper-comic style drawing that happened to come out of my pen. Below is the first I made, about two mice.
